Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Raychan Travel, we understand that plans can change. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures clarity and fairness for all clients booking luxury wedding cars or local transport vehicles.

1 Cancellation Policy

  • Once the journey starts, the fare will not be refunded whether the journey is completed or not and fuel will be charged as per the decided journey distance.
  • No refund if bookings with special offers or discounts are cancelled.
  • Raychan Travel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule service due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, vehicle breakdown). Full refund or alternative will be provided.
Cancellation Fee Schedule:
Cancellation Timeframe Cancellation Fee
More than 30 days in advance 10% fee
Between 15-30 days 20% fee
Between 7-14 days 30% fee
Within less than 7 days 40% fee
Within less than 24 hours 50% fee

2 Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your booking once (subject to availability) without any extra charge, if requested at least 3 days in advance.
  • Last-minute rescheduling (within 2 days) may incur extra charges or may not be possible, depending on availability.

3 Service Cancellation by Raychan Travel

In rare cases (e.g., vehicle breakdown, weather disruptions, unforeseen emergencies), if Raychan Travel cancels a booking:

  • You will receive a 100% full refund, or
  • We will provide an alternate vehicle or reschedule, based on your preference.

4 Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI/Bank/GPay).
  • For cash payments, refunds will be issued in person or through bank transfer.

5 How to Cancel or Modify a Booking

To cancel or change your booking, contact us via:

Please include your name, booking date, and service type when requesting cancellation or refund.

  • Changes in the journey must have the consent of the company for any change in the travel plan.

! Important Notes

  • Refunds are applicable only on advance payments.
  • If full payment is made and service has started, no refund will be issued.
  • Decoration or special customization charges are non-refundable if already prepared.
