Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking our services. By booking with Raychan Travel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Effective Date: June, 2025

These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers booking services from Raychan Travel, including luxury wedding cars (e.g., Audi, BMW, Mercedes) and local transport vehicles (e.g., Pickup, Intra, Magic, Yodha).

By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1 Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are based on advance payment.
  • All passengers must be confirming their booking before 2 days of travel.
  • Services other than those mentioned in the travel package will be charged extra.
  • Bookings on partial payment will be considered provisional.
  • Booking will be confirmed only after 25% payment is received.
  • Total fuel charges must be paid on the day of travel before travel.
  • Balance payment must be cleared before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, call, or in person.

2 General Terms

  • Toll will be paid by the Travel Owner.
  • Thikedari for goods will be paid by the goods owner.
  • Passengers will be liable for fines or corporal punishment given by any administration in case of non-compliance of traffic rules.
  • If the journey distance is more than 100 km or if there is an overnight stay, the driver will have to pay Rs 100 for food.

3 Health and Fitness

  • Passengers must ensure that they are physically fit for the journey.
  • Any health issues must be reported in advance.

4 Use of Vehicle & Behavior

  • The vehicle will be used only for the purpose and route specified during booking.
  • Any extension of time, distance, or wait-time will incur extra charges as per rate card.
  • Customers must not misuse, damage, or allow unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their guests will be charged to the client.

5 Decoration & Customization (Wedding Cars)

  • Floral and other decorative items are applied as per the selected package.
  • Custom decorations must be approved in advance.
  • Clients are not allowed to remove or alter decorations themselves during the ride.

6 Special Rules for Religious Tours

  • It is mandatory to follow religious discipline and decorum at the places included in the tour.
  • Darshan cannot be guaranteed due to crowd and special rules at the places.
  • If there is any additional charge for Puja/Aarti/Special Darshan, then the traveler will have to bear it.
  • Elderly, sick or handicapped travelers will have to inform about their health condition in advance.
  • In religious tours, one can go only as far as the government has permitted.

7 Special Rules for Family/Holiday Tours

  • The traveler will have to pay separately for hotel, food, charges etc.
  • The traveler will have to pay separately for ticket charges, camera charges etc. at any tourist place.
  • The traveler will be responsible for providing additional assistance to small children and senior citizens during the tour.
  • It will be the responsibility of the parents to take care of the children during the tour.

8 Company's Responsibility

  • The company only arranges for the passenger's travel facility; the company will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused due to natural disasters, traffic, administrative orders or crowd at religious places.
  • If the trip has to be cancelled due to any reason, the company can suggest an alternative/refund.
  • If the vehicle breaks down during the journey, the company will repair it and if not repaired, other vehicles will be provided.
  • In case of any emergency, contact the company first. After that do this:
    • Contact the nearest police station.
    • Contact the ambulance if needed.
    • Ask local people for help.
    • Contact your family members who are nearby.

9 Driver & Staff Conduct

  • All drivers are trained and instructed to behave professionally.
  • In case of any misbehavior, please report immediately to our helpline.
  • Customers are also expected to maintain respectful behavior toward drivers and staff.

10 Delays & Waiting Charges

  • Delays caused by the client beyond grace period (15 mins) may attract a waiting fee of ₹500/hour.
  • Raychan Travel is not responsible for delays caused due to traffic, weather, or third-party issues beyond our control.

11 Liability Disclaimer

  • Raychan Travel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the journey.
  • We do not take responsibility for missed functions/events due to last-minute changes or delays caused by unforeseen events.

12 Photographs & Social Media

  • The Company can use the photographs and videos taken during the trip for its promotion unless the passenger refuses in writing. It must be submitted in hard copy form to the Company's office.

13 Jurisdiction

  • All complaints must be given in writing by WhatsApp or mail within 2 working days of the completion of the trip.
  • All disputes will be settled in the court of the Company's place of registration.
